Using Cirrus Insight in Gmail, you can log a call to Salesforce, relating it to the appropriate lead or contact without leaving your inbox or while on your mobile device. Just click ‘Log Call,’ enter any necessary notes or follow-up information, and the call will be logged to Salesforce. Done. Start the next call.
