Deploying Cirrus Insight for Android is easy. We're on the Google Play Store. You can send your users here to have them install the app in Android:

Once your users install it, all they need to do is sign in and they'll be automagically added to your license.
If you have Mobile Device Management set up (MDM), you can administratively deploy Cirrus Insight to your organization. You can follow the instructions set in your MDM deployment.
